‘Youngest Student Ever’ is Also the ‘World’s Youngest Professor’

As a Math genius, 14-year-old Yasha Asley already works at the University of Leicester for the post of a Mathematics professor—a job that even adult applicants have difficulty passing.

The university chose Yasha, who was also dubbed as a ‘Human Calculator’ for the paid job to hold Math tutorial classes when he was as young as 13 years old.

According to Yasha, he is having the best years of his life and that he loves going to the university, as well as his new job helping other students.

At the same time that he is teaching, Yasha is also pursuing a degree in the same university, earning him the title, ‘Youngest Student Ever.’

Of Iranian descent, mathematics child prodigy Yasha was born in 2002.

When he was just 8 years old, he was the first child to achieve a grade of an A in Mathematics A Level after he scored 100 percent on the subject.

He passed more higher-level Mathematics and Statistics when he was 9-10 years old.

Yasha attended a state primary school before having the opportunity to study higher degree level Math when he just 12 years old.
