Woman Only Eats SkyFlakes, Loses 57.2 lbs the Easiest Way

Everyone knows how difficult it can be to lose weight. It seems that gaining weight is so easy, yet losing those extra pounds often takes forever!

Losing weight is even among the top popular goals and resolutions that people make during the New Year, yet many end up not achieving their weight loss goals even if they had 12 months to do it. This happens year after year…

Ej Curamen Sison is among those people who made weight loss as her New Year’s resolution year after year, yet she never really got to doing this. After all, it really is much easier to gain than to lose weight, huh?

It didn’t help that her mom had always been supportive, telling her that she could be thrifty on everything, except food! So, the young lady indulged herself in delicious meals – and would often eat not just three times a day but even up to five times a day! No wonder she gained so much weight.

One day, Sison just realized that though she was happy eating as much as she wanted, she was no longer happy with her body and how she looks. It was at this point that she decided to lose weight.

Knowing that she’s probably not going to keep herself motivated enough to regularly go to the gym and do rigorous exercises, she decided she would change her food intake instead.

Sison found an ally in SkyFlakes. The crackers made her full yet did not have a lot of calories so that she would soon lose a lot of weight. What’s quite impressive is that she did not feel tempted to indulge herself in a lot of rice from then on, only eating rice “once in a blue moon”. Wow!

She stuck to her SkyFlakes diet and lost 57.2 lbs (25.95 kg) in just a couple of months. Isn’t that impressive?

Sison shared her story on Definitely Filipino:

Gusto ko lang po maging clear para hindi ma mis-interpret ng nakakarami. Rice lang po ang tinanggal ko sa routine ko. Add ko pa yung mga sweets, and anything na mabilis makapag pataas ng timbang. Ni reduce ko yun lahat. As much as kaya kong tiisin, ginawa ko. Even juices, sodas, ni lessen ko. Im not a gym type of girl. May asthma po kasi ako. So nung na discover ko yang cracker diet, super thankful ako kasi nag fit naman sakin. Kumakain pa din ako ng ulam (without rice). Step by step ang ginawa ko. Skyflakes, oatmeal, century tuna with egg, kamote, saging, etc.

After a month, nakita ko n agad ang result. Kaya lalo akong naging motivated sa ginagawa ko. More on water ako that time. After 1 1/2 month, gumamit ako ng sauna suit (nabibili sya online). Day and night ang pag gamit ko. Kasi wala ako work that time 😊. Ayun! After 3months of doing it, from 90kls, bumaba ang timbang ko sa 54kls. Nag maintain ako sa 60kls since hindi daw bagay sakin ang masyadong payat. Awa naman po ng Dyos, na achieve ko naman po ang timbang na gusto ko. No more hika this time. 😊

Kaya sa mga balak mag try, I know you guys can make it! Wag lang po agad agad. One step at a time. Mahirap pag binigla mo. Baka mag react ang katawan mo, iba mangyari. Hindi ito recommended sa mga working pals out there lalo na mabibigat ang work. Nagawa ko lang po talaga yan dahil wala ako work at madami ako time sa sarili. 😊Thank you guys and Godbless! 💕
