This diet does not you only have to drink water and not eat, of course!

A young lady named Luchie de Leon shared her beauty tips on how water can actually help you lose weight – and it works, she claims, because she tried it on herself and she lost a lot of weight.

The first rule to this water diet is that you have to drink 2 glasses of water right before every meal, no matter what you are planning to eat. For example, whether you want to eat a full meal or also trying a fruit diet, make sure to drink 2 glasses of water before taking a bite of that delicious food.

Not only does this make you feel much fuller and, therefore, make you eat less food that you would normally do, this will also help improve your metabolism.

If your stomach is full, mostly with water, you only eat less – and that’s already a huge step in the diet aspect. The less food you eat, the faster you lose weight. Of course, it is important that you don’t starve yourself! We just want to make sure you eat less than usual.

The second rule is to drink water whenever you feel hungry. Sounds like a crazy idea but many instances wherein you feel hungry, you are actually just thirsty. Try drinking a glass of water when you feel hungry. If the hunger pangs go away, then you’re good to go.

If after 10 minutes you still feel hungry, then you really were hungry and should eat. But make sure to drink those 2 glasses of water again before eating.
