Bullied as a Child, Argentinian Man Spends $45K to Look Like an Elf

We all have our standards of beauty and for Luis Padron from Buenos Aires, Argentina, looking like an elf is his beauty ideal that he wants to achieve, no matter what.

After being bullied as a child because of his quirky fashion sense, the 25-year-old man became obsessed with the world of elves, angels, and fantasy beings. He started bleaching his and skin to look like his favorite supernatural characters.

“I was bullied as a child, and as an escape, I would submerge myself in fantasy movies like Labyrinth and the Never Ending Story, as well as other fantasy tales,’ he said.

Over time, things changed, and older teens began to like him because of his uniqueness, and it encouraged him to turn his fantasy into reality.

He even underwent a plastic surgery worth $45,000 to look like a real life elf which includes liposuction on his jaw, a nose job, full body hair removal, and operations to change his eye color. Aside from that, he has started to apply specialist creams, dyes, treatments, and SPF 100 sunscreen which is worth $7,000 a month.

Moreover, he had more than 40 fillers and full hair body removal on his bid for fantasy perfection. Luis also had laser skin bleaching to remove his freckles.

Luis is also planning to undergo surgery to make his ears pointed, have hair implants for a heart-shaped hairline, and a limb lengthening operation to make him 6 feet, 5 inches tall.

In the end, he said that he does not consider his passion for looking like an elf an obsession, because it helped him feel like a good person and it changed his life for good, in so many ways.
